Moby-Dick Mini-Marathon in Portuguese

During the 22nd Annual Moby-Dick Marathon (January 5-7), join us for a special reading of Tiago Patricio’s abridged version of Moby-Dick in Portuguese! Melville’s classic whaling adventure across the Atlantic will be read aloud in the Azorean Whaleman Gallery. This third annual event is in partnership with the New Bedford Whaling Museum and Portuguese Consulate of New Bedford. Intrepid readers take turns in 5-minute segments. All reading slots are filled, but you can be part of the audience!
